Our Story

Family-Owned Since 1955

For nearly 70 years, Schlager’s has helped South Shore drivers with honest auto body repair, 24-hour towing, and local service built on reputation, not sales gimmicks.

Built on Centre Street. Trusted Across the South Shore.

Schlager’s Auto Body Repair was founded in 1955, and for nearly seven decades the business has grown by doing the work the right way: treating people fairly, communicating clearly, and standing behind the repair.

What started as a local Quincy body shop has become a 30-person operation handling collision repair, insurance-related repairs, roadside support, and 24-hour towing across the South Shore.

Today, Schlager’s is still family-run and locally operated, with leadership close to the day-to-day work and a team focused on helping customers through stressful situations.

The Team Carrying Schlager’s Forward

Jimmy Schlager

Owner & Operator

Jimmy grew up around Schlager’s, learning the business from the inside out and seeing firsthand what it takes to earn a customer’s trust. Today, he helps carry forward the same family standards the shop was built on: honest work, clear communication, and taking care of people when they need help most.

Nick Seaver

Body Shop Manager

Nick is part of the team customers rely on when they need guidance after an accident or during the repair process. He helps keep communication clear so customers understand the next step.

Danielle

Office Manager

Danielle helps customers feel informed and supported from the first call through the next steps. Whether it is repair information, scheduling, or general questions, she helps keep the process moving.
